Friends On Earth
Sweet air of nature’s breath,
I cry as you surround me,
you’ve dried my tears for all these years,
like everyone around me.
Calm whispers of the moon as he lights my cold dark room,
he relieves me,
and then quietly leaves me,
but I know he’ll be back soon.
Flowing grace and beauty of the pure and needed stream,
her trickling sings with peace that she brings,
she travels like an ongoing dream.
My friends on earth and friends they’ll stay,
true friends will never show you hate,
they guide with care,
stay honest and fair until we reach deaths gate
I cry as you surround me,
you’ve dried my tears for all these years,
like everyone around me.
Calm whispers of the moon as he lights my cold dark room,
he relieves me,
and then quietly leaves me,
but I know he’ll be back soon.
Flowing grace and beauty of the pure and needed stream,
her trickling sings with peace that she brings,
she travels like an ongoing dream.
My friends on earth and friends they’ll stay,
true friends will never show you hate,
they guide with care,
stay honest and fair until we reach deaths gate
