KUFR MINDSET

A NATURAL consequence of western education is the corruption of the mind with kufr liberalism. Akhlaaq
are destroyed and Imaan either completely eliminated or severely mauled and denuded by the impact of western education. An example of the kufr mindset spawned in western educational institutions is the recent judgment by the supreme court of India.
On 15 March 2008, a judge with a Muslim name decreed that it is a man’s constitutional right to be married to two sisters at the same time. He was not deterred by the express prohibition of marrying two sisters stated in the Qur’aan Shareef. His concern was Jahannum’s ‘constitutional right’ which the man must be allowed to invoke. Like the man who ‘married’ two sisters has sealed his fate in Jahannum, so too has this murtadd
judge. This will be the type of ‘Muslim’ judge who will decide Muslim cases in terms of MPL should this accursed bill be legislated. As far as the court judges are concerned, even if they happen to be ostensibly or superficially Muslims, the guiding principle is not the Shariah. It is the kufr constitution to which all judges, be they Muslims, have sworn allegiance over and above the Shariah of Allah Ta’ala.
