SANHA RESPOND! THE CHARGES ARE PILING UP

Exceptionally grave charges pertaining to SANHA’s Haraam Carrion Chicken corruption are piling up. SANHA has been charged with grievous criminal acts of HARAAM, but there is no rational response forthcoming from this carrion halaalizing outfit. Some of the charges are reiterated here to remind both SANHA and the Muslim community that this haraam carrion chicken saga is far, very far from closure. SANHA with its cunning tactic of evading the charges believes that it will be saved from incineration in carrion by evasion and the passage of time. This shall, Insha’Allah not be so. As long as this haraam carrion-halaalizing outfit feeds Muslims haraam, diseased chicken Maitah, the exposure and hammering will continue.
SOME OF THE RECENT CHARGES
Among the very recent charges leveled against SANHA, and for which there has hitherto been no rational response are:
(1) On 25 May 2009, SANHA’s three molvis headed by Navlakhi went to the Earlybird chicken plant in Olifantsfontein to persuade slaughterers to criminally perjure themselves by signing false affidavits to the effect that none of the slaughterers had spoken to any of the Ulama of Jamiatul Ulama Gauteng, and that there was no inspection of the plant by the four Ulama group on 2nd April 2009. All the slaughterers unanimously rejected this criminal overture of SANHA’s molvis and refused to sign the affidavits. We have already published the affidavit of the slaughterers on this criminal attempt of the SANHA molvi delegation. WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE SANHA!

(2) Last year (2008) NIHT (National Independent Halaal Trust), SANHA’s sister body, made an inspection of ANCA, the SANHA-certified chicken plant in Stutterheim near to East London. In its Inspection Report, NIHT enumerated several haraam irregularities which conclusively render ANCA chickens HARAAM. The detailed Inspection Report has already been published. SANHA has not responded to the charges made in NIHT’s letter. Yet it continues to label the haraam maitah chickens of ANCA ‘halaal’ despite being fully aware that the carrion is haraam. WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE SANHA!

(3) Why did Earlybird suspend all the dayshift Muslim slaughterers? Why were the two senior slaughterers suspended who had exposed the haraam carrion over the radio? These permanent slaughterers are still on suspension to this day.

(4) On 8 June 2009, a Christian, Noah Mphijane, was appointed to supervise the halaal section at Earlybird. The Muslim acting-supervisor had resigned, and the Christian was appointed to do the ‘halaal’ supervision of the slaughterers. Even if this was a temporary measure, WHAT IS SANHA’s RESPONSE?

FURTHERMORE:
(a) Why did Molvi A.S. Doba and Molvi Ismail Khan resign from Earlybird? Does SANHA still seek to perpetuate the lie and mislead the community with the LIE of ‘personal reasons’? Let SANHA make a bold statement again regarding the reasons for the resignation of these two molvis. Documentary evidence clearly explains the reasons for the resignation. The reasons are all related to haraam carrion, not to ‘personal’ issues. WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE SANHA?

(b) Why did SANHA not act on the continuous reports of irregularities made by slaughterers and supervisors over the years. Why is SANHA peddling the horrible LIE that the slaughterers are speaking only after 18 years? SANHA is not even in existence for more than 12 years. Why seek to make liars of the slaughterers when they had been regularly lodging their complaints to SANHA supervisors, SANHA inspectors and Earlybird managements over the years? The biggest liars in this haraam, rotten carrion chicken saga is SANHA’s molvis and other officials. They are guilty of a massive haraam cover-up. They all are guilty of flagrantly and knowingly feeding the Muslim community haraam, diseased carrion chickens.

NOW IF WE ARE STATING LIES, LET SANHA TAKE US TO COURT. LET SANHA AND EARLY BIRD SUE US. SANHA IS STUCK IN A QUAGMIRE OF ROTTEN CARRION LIES FROM WHICH EXTRICATION IS IMPOSSIBLE. SANHA IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A RIVER OF ROTTEN, STINKING BLOOD. WHETHER SANHA SWIMS THROUGH THIS RIVER OF DECOMPOSING BLOOD TO THE OTHER BANK OR RETURNS, IT IS THE SAME. IT NO LONGER MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE. SANHA IS BURIED UNDER THE MOUNTAINS OF HARAAM DISEASED CARRION CHICKENS IT HAS MANUFACTURED FOR ITSELF FOR THE GRATIFICATION OF ITS MONETRARY LUST.
THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY IS REMINDED THAT EARLYBIRD, RAINBOW AND ALL COMMERCIALLY KILLED CHICKENS OF NON-MUSLIM ‘CERTIFIED’ PLANTS ARE HARAAM.
