Sanhas update of deception 25/08/09

In its latest pamphlet of deception on the internet, SANHA continues
with its abortive attempt to defend

itself against all the haraam corruption, deceit, lies and fraud it
has committed over the years in its

conspiracy of carrion chickens fed to the Muslim community.

There is no secret, no deceit, no fraud and no corruption in the fact
that the SCHOLARS OF THE

TRUTH operate under the patronage of the Mujlisul Ulama of S.A.
Deceit, fraud and corruption lie in

SANHA’s halaalizing of the carrion chickens which it does for
nothing other than haraam riba money

with which every capillary in their bodies is saturated. They devour
haraam, and they feed the Ummah

haraam, diseased, rotten, pork-laced carrion chickens for the sake of
the riba money they extravagate

from the kuffaar carrion-chicken killing plants and from the
innumerable business outlets.

That the SCHOLARS OF THE TRUTH is taking the carrion halaalizers to
the court is a truth. It is a

natural consequence of the deliberate feeding of carrion to Muslims
by the satanic halaalizers of rotten

carrion. It should be understood that the court action is not to seek
a fatwa from the kuffaar court. The

legal action is an attempt to get the court to confirm that SANHA and
its cohorts are LIARS who are

misleading the Muslim community by deceit with LIES. The court is
being asked to confirm that

SANHA, MJC and Early Bird are misrepresenting and falsely informing
the Muslim community that

they are abiding by the terms of their ‘halaal’
contract/certificate, which they are NOT.

The killed chickens being Maitah (Carrion) and Haraam is not reliant
on the court’s decision.
Regardless of what the court is going to decide, the chickens will
remain haraam carrion until the Day of

Qiyaamah where the Haqq will be manifested in Allah’s Court. The
kuffaar court is for the kuffaar of

SANHA and cohorts.

SANHA claims that there are ‘’only 29 affidavits” damning it.
At one stage the SANHA shaitaan had

unequivocally denied the existence of even one affidavit. Now when
the plethora of affidavits have

surfaced into reality, the faasiq Navlakhi, seeks to minimize the
devastating effect by saying “only 29

affidavits”. If we assume that there are 29 affidavits, this large
number is not “only”. Even a single

affidavit is more than adequate to damn and destroy the SANHA
shaitaan. Furthermore, Navlakhi has

conveniently ignored the other affidavits which testify to the fraud
which he and his cohort molvis had

committed. They had abortively attempted to get the slaughterers to
sign false affidavits. He has not

added these affidavits to his count nor the affidavits of the other
Ulama who had inspected Early Bird.

He speaks of ‘cross examination’ of the slaughterers. He should
be under no misconception regarding

‘cross examination’. We foresee the case going for trial. It may
not be settled in court on the basis of

applications. When it does go for trial and oral evidence, then
Navlakhi, Molvi, Doba, Molvi, Khan, the

other SANHA Molvis, Imaam Harris of the MJC, other molvis, Early Bird
‘s management, Rainbow’s

management, all the slaughterers, and others will all have to take
the witness stand, give evidence and

submit to cross-examination. We are more than convinced that under
cross examination, Navlakhi will

not be able to spin and peddle his lies and deception which he so
notoriously gorges out on radio

shaitaan.

In response to the question: “Why can the matter not be resolved by
mediation/arbitration.”, let it be

known that as long as these agents of shaitaan feed the Ummah haraam
carrion chickens, no

mediation/arbitration process can resolve the dispute. The dispute
can be quite easily resolved if the

SANHA shaitaan desists from marketing the carrion chickens
‘halaal’. This is the bottom line for

negotiations for resolving the haraam chicken saga crisis.

The Muslim community must not be beguiled by the false
‘assurances’ of SANHA. For more than a

decade SANHA has knowingly fed Muslims haraam maitah chickens. The
evidence is overwhelming to

prove this contention. SANHA and the MJC have lied to Muslims over
the years by claiming that

everything is in 100% halaal order at the kuffaar haraam chicken
killing facilities. Yet, besides the

affidavits of the slaughterers, the MJC’s and SANHA’s letters and
the letters of their supervisor, Molvi
I.Khan, confirm the gross irregularities and discrepancies which have
stubbornly persisted at the

chicken plants for years. They have all along been concealing the
truth which their own letters confirm

beyond a shadow of doubt. Anyone who is interested to read the set of
letters which damn SANHA

and MJC, may write to us. The letters will be made available.”

SUMMARY OF THE EVIDENCE

· Dozens of affidavits by slaughterers declaring their inability to
recite Tasmiyah and their

inability to slaughter correctly.

· Letters of Molvi, I.Khan confirming the on-going battle to maintain
halaal standards, and the

tremendous pressure on the ‘halaal crew’ exercised by the
management of the killing facility.

· Letter of Molvi Khan confirming management’s pressure on them to
refrain from cutting all four

neck vessels.

· Letter of MJC complaining to Early Bird of the system and warning
them of the resignation of

their supervisor.

· Affidavits confirming SANHA’s attempt to induce slaughterers to
sign false affidavits.

· NIHT’s Inspection Report confirming that 87% of ANCA’s chickens
are haraam. ANCA is a

SANHA certified carrion chicken plant.

· Inspection Reports by Mufti Shuayb Rawat, Mufti Sadqat Khan and
Maulana Haroon Ebrahim,

all confirming wholesale omission of Tasmiyah and extremely haphazard
neck-cutting.
· Appoint of non-Muslim supervisors.

· SANHA’s most recent attempt to bribe an ex-Rainbow slaughterer
with the promise to reinstate

him in his job in exchange for a false affidavit to assist them out
of their carrion mess.

· SANHA’s own 233-page Inspection Report in which it thoroughly
exposes the haraam carrion

of the MJC, after having inspected ten MJC certified carrion plants.

· Maulana Yunus Patel’s letter of shock and lament to the MJC.
Maulana Yunus was so shocked

when he realized that he was all along consuming MJC certified
carrion that in his own words

his heart missed a beat and his stomach churned. Carrion must cause
hearts to miss beats and

stomachs to churn.

There is no place for SANHA to hide its carrion head. The evidence is
too damning and overwhelming.

The evidence is stark. No person who has any respect for the truth
and who is in search of the truth will

attempt to bypass all this evidence and continue ruining his body and Imaan by devouring the rotten, diseased, haraam carrion chickens SANHA and MJC certify as 'halaal'. Let these halaalizers of carrion hang their heads with shame. Better – let them jump into the
scalding tanks of Early Bird, Rainbow and

County Fair, and commit suicide to rid the community of their evil.
They are truly shaitaani vermin who

knowingly feed the Ummah haraam pork-laced carrion chickens which
they killed with shocking

brutality.
