A woman was impregnated by a rapist. Is it permissible for her to abort the foetus?
A:
The Rooh (soul) enters the foetus on the 120th day. From that day onwards abortion will be haraam, and not permissible under any circumstances whatsoever. In the circumstances, it will be permissible before the 120th day.
